1 - RESPONSE TIME
•I try to check DMs on twitter and Bluesky regularly, but please email [email protected] for fastest response time.
•Response times is almost always under 24 hours.
•See my Trello any time for commission updates.
•You may see a google doc linked on your trello card, this is to help me keep track of commission information while keeping details private. If you would like access just give me your email and ask, I will add you to the doc.2 - CHANGES TO WORKS IN PROGRESS
•Commissioners will receive a sketch for approval for commissions. All possible corrections and edits should be caught at this stage. Mistakes in the pose and lines should be caught in the sketch stage or there will be a fee appropriate to the work needed to correct mistakes. [This does not apply to sketch pages as they are deemed artistic freedom commissions. I will however offer a concept "stick figure" sketch for pose/concept approval.]
•Be sure to offer a clear pose idea if you want something specific. If I need to resketch a pose from scratch you may buy the original sketch, or I reserve the right to resell it as a YCH.3 - CHANGES TO FINAL PIECES
•Any changes needed on a final image because of my own error will be made all at once free of charge. Be sure to compile a clear list of changes needed. Any changes requested after will come at additional cost.
•Minor changes to colors can usually be easily made to a final image so feel free to ask. This does count as part of your free edit, so be sure to include any other errors when you request color changes.
•Complex changes to a final image for external reasons [You changed your characters design/forgot to tell me something] are allowed but will come at additional cost.4 - PAYMENT EXPECTATIONS
Payment is generally accepted up front. Commissioners may request a rough sketch prior to payment. If payment is not received I reserve the right to use the sketch as a YCH.
•Payments must be made by the owner of the PayPal account. No using friends or relatives accounts unless they are the one to make the payment.5 - REFUNDS
•If a refund is requested before an image goes beyond a sketch refund will be offered in full. Any sketch may be resold as a YCH
•If a refund is requested after work has started beyond the sketch phase a partial refund will be offered proportional to the work done. The commissioner will retain partial rights to the image. [See Image Rights and Posting to social media]
•Finished images will not be refunded.
•Please do not charge back on paypal, speak to me directly if you are interested in a refund.
•I will not automatically refund commissioners who cut contact.6 - TIPPING

•To order a custom commission please fill out the commission form at the bottom of the commissions page.

•Commissions are generally completed within 1-3 weeks, but may take up 5
•Progress is tracked on trello, feel free to check on progress whenever curious.9 - IMAGE RIGHTS AND POSTING TO SOCIAL MEDIA
•I retain rights to all commissions to post on any social media at my discretion. This includes but is not limited to streaming commissions, posting cropped versions of commissions, and using commissions as advertisements and commission examples. This does not include selling prints or otherwise profiting off your characters and concepts.
•Commissioners may not sell or profit off their commissioned art in any way. If you would like commercial rights please speak to me directly, negotiation can start at triple my usual pricing but may change based on what the art will be used for.
•Private commissions can be arranged at an extra charge. The commissioner will be assigned a number so they may track progress on Trello without sharing their user name or any private details. Finished images will not be posted to my galleries unless requested by the commissioner.
•Commissioners and the owners of any characters drawn may post the final image to their social media with credit.
•I add watermarks to my work because I like to. Commissioners are provided with a watermark free version which they are allowed to post, but not to claim as their own.10 - AI Policy
•I provide finished images with a protective AI filter from ArtShield.io If for any reason a version without artshield is needed please request it with reasoning.
•By commissioning me you agree to not post my art into any AI system or make AI alterations or versions.11 - ACCEPTABLE BEHAVIOR/ REFUSAL OF SERVICES
•I reserve the right to refuse or cancel a commission at any stage with refund [See Refunds] if the commissioner is being rude, disrespectful, or otherwise harassing me.
•I reserve the right to refuse commissions from commissioners I deem to be untrustworthy for any reason.
